Responsibilities:

• Take charge and create opportunities: Proactively self-generate commercial leads to keep our business growing. This isn't a reactive role; you'll be an active participant in our company's success.
• Build and nurture relationships: We believe in long-term partnerships, and as our sales consultant, you'll play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong, productive relationships with our clients.
• Be our brand ambassador: Through cold calls and other outreach methods, you'll take the initiative to reach potential clients, presenting our services and solutions with the professionalism and enthusiasm that embodies our brand.
• Drive success through negotiation: Closing a sale isn't just about making a deal—it's about finding the right solution for the client and creating a win-win situation. Your excellent negotiation skills will be key to this process.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in a sales position within the commercial roofing or construction industry. Your hands-on experience will equip you to understand our client's needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. We believe that great salespeople are great communicators, whether they're explaining complex concepts, empathizing with a client's needs, or negotiating terms.

Note: Paramount Roofing will provide training on our systems, software, and materials.
